Car has ran a 15.8 @ 91MPH in the 1/4 mile, but I am a terrible drag-strip driver. Car should be good for mid-low 15s.

History:

Car was a southern "Florida" car before I purchased it.
Purchased car on 3si.org from seller in Florida in March 2008, shipped in to Indiana and daily drove for 2.5 years then stored.
Currently used as a "summer" or "track-car", but could be used as daily driver.
Previous owner claims engine rebuild at 145,000 miles - unable to verify with receipts but car runs strong - has good oil pressure
Car is currently located in Detroit Metro area - Has an Indiana title.

Exterior:

Brand new paint with 5-year warranty from Maaco
Only "fault" is that the weather stripping near the windows was painted, can be replaced or repainted easily

Interior:

Red Leather Seats, shows typical wear of a 20 year old car.
Cheap window tint job from previous owner, needs to be replaced or removed
Typical cracked dash vents of a 3000GT or Stealth. Glove box button broken but still functional.
Aftermarket head unit/radio & CD player

Other:
For some reason when registering the car in 2008 I was told the car's odometer was "beyond its mechanical limits". I do not understand as it is a typical 6 digit odometer capable of reading xxx,xxx miles. They still accepted the mileage and it is listed on the vehicle report. Look at the vehicle history yourself, the miles add up.

The car may have more miles on it at time of purchase. I am not daily driving this car, but I do still take it out on cruises when the weather is nice. Please feel free to ask questions. I will respond honestly and within a reasonable amount of time.

The Story of Your Car: VIN JB3XD54B5MY014397
Your 1991 Dodge Stealth ES is one of 5757 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 1943rd out of the 5757 that were made that year.

There is 2 car matching your year and model with a serial number under 100. The cars with the last 6 digits ending less than 100 are most likely kept in a mueseum or used for the final crash/road testing, but CarFax information is generally not available for them. Since this car will probably never be sold or registered, your car is more accurately the 1942nd out of the 5756 available. For more information on this, check out The Serial Number Problem

Your car was built in the 2nd week of December 1990. Of the 27209 vehicles made at the Nayoga plant, your car was the 11093rd vehicle to be created that year.

There are 195 other cars that were made with both the same interior and exterior color. There are 1363 cars with the same exterior color and 247 cars with the same interior color.

Note: The production order is assigned based on the order of the serial number.
