He's already being compared to VY. Hope he can handle a 'little' pressure.

The 2013 class will be small because the '10, '11, and '12 were all huge (and thus far, all very bad ass). So far, it's truly elite. Harsin couldn't even DREAM of this talent at Boise.
Seems like he'd fit in great with Auburn's old offense. Pulls off the zone read really well and has great accuracy throwing while rolling out.

B12 defenses better hope you have an answer for this...double him and we'll go to Tavon. Double Tavon, too, and we'll burn you with names you've never heard.

Wow, surprised he didn't tweak his knee when he came down with that catch against Syracuse. How did you lose that game again?

Loved the stiff arm against Pitt.

Syracuse ran the same damn play every time to the TE and whoever was supposed to be in coverage, well, wasn't.

Since I can't remember who was supposed to be watching him, and he sucked anyway, let's blame Pat Miller.

It was Miller. Not only did we get consistently beat on the same stupid play, but Cuse' 1st twelve (IIRC) blitzes were all different looks. Our o-line laid down, and Geno was pressured, hurried, and hit, all night. Then the whole team gave up and we got destroyed. By far the worst loss I can remember, in recent history. Flat out embarrasing.

See, I was right. And yes, our O line was non existent. They played beautifully against LSU, but Geno got hit so many times against Cuse its a wonder he walked out of there under his own power.

Holy shit. Did you just compare God Damn Greg Davis (GDGD) to Tressel?

It's safe to say that as a fan base, we haven't been proud of anything GDGD did after 2004 when a loaded Texas team got shut the fuck out by OU. Even the next season when that loaded team won the MNC, it was only because Greg Davis quit trying to force his god awful offense on Vince Young.

I won't be surprised if Greg Davis does just fine at Iowa, but Harsin flat-out puts him to shame. I've made plenty posts on the subject, so I'll just leave it at that.
