    3SGTO Biggest Loser Competition

Ok all, so I figured since winter has hit most of us, it is always tough to get a lot of physical activity during the winter. So I have come up with an idea to make things kinda competitive and at the same time maybe it will change your life a bit by getting into shape.

What is this called? The 3SGTO Biggest Loser

What is the incentive? Bragging Rights

What is the motive? To provide a competitive, but most importantly, positive way to maybe talk about what you are doing to trim down or to talk about the weight loss as a whole. The complete intent is to obviously lose as much weight as you can.

    Competition length:
Run this competition through the winter starting on December 16th until April 30th. The reason that we should start the competition prior to Christmas is to throw a monkey wrench in the mix because people generally eat more during the holiday season.

    What should you do?
Do whatever it takes for you to feasibly lose as much weight as you can. Now I am going to throw in a disclaimer. No one nor myself take any responsibility for any unnecessary, unhealthy weight loss solutions. Please do not lose weight if you are at a healthy weight just for the sake of the competition, but I am not discriminating you out. I just don't want myself, or anyone held responsible in any way, shape, or form for any medical mishaps you induce on yourself. The other disclaimer here is that you may not talk about anything that is illegal that does assist with your weight loss, on this forum, it must be something that everyone can do legally.

With that being said, I am going to outline what you should do.

If you are interested in this competition, just post up the following information about yourself:

    Height:
Weight you are currently at as of 12/16/2011
What you want to do or what you speculate that you are going to aspire to do to trim your weight.
You may post a photos if you feel comfortable with it, that is optional, not required.

Subscribe to the thread and check back in periodically and on April 30th, post your Weight as of 04/30/2012 on your original thread and we go from there. I am going to lock the competition in on 12-21-2011 and the members that have posted will be participants.

Provide feedback to me via PM I want to keep the thread related to the task at hand at least until after 12-21-2011 so we can get people locked in to the competition. After 12-21-2011 we can freely talk about weight loss stuff.

Next November we will learn whether the second lesson of politics is that adhering to the first lesson is eventually dangerous to incumbents...

    Why are we waiting?

    Kev?

    Kev?

    I am "currently" 293.

"Weight you are currently at as of 12/16/2011", is another question...

I want to start it on the 16th because then everyone is on the same page, even if you are losing weight currently, I wholeheartedly acknowledge and congratulate you for your efforts and keep it up, but to be fair, everyone's weight must start on the 16th.

I am not posting my weight until the 16th.
