Been a bit up/down since Christmas. Last Saturday I got 278 which is down 4 since the initial 3sgto BF weigh in. and a total of -52 overall. Lets hope the weekend in Indy does not mess up my next weigh in.

Once a month, I get paid for business use of my phone that is 35 a month so essentially I am paying 30 dollars or so a month for Weight Watchers. Now I can start counting points and changing my portions with extra support while doing it. So wish me luck!
Everyone I know that goes with Weight Watches does really well.
Good luck and let us know how you like it.

People usually demand pics in a situation like this, Vicki.
"The first lesson of economics is scarcity - there is never enough of anything to satisfy all of those who want it. The first lesson of politics is to disregard the first lesson of economics."

Next November we will learn whether the second lesson of politics is that adhering to the first lesson is eventually dangerous to incumbents...

    Alright!

    My week wasn't too productive.
I've fell in the same boat Bill was talking about a few week ago...STRESS!
I'm just going to try to kick back this weekend and enjoy the Grandsons and hopefully Monday will start on a better note.

Maybe after my shower this evening I'll have Chris take one.

And Granny, I've been stressing too, but refused to get all bent outta shape about it affecting my goals. I just start anew each day when I feel I could have done better the day before.

    I basically do the same.
I'm just wondering how long before it becomes a way of living and not something you have to constantly work at.
    I'm guessing about 100 years....
